The hall is available for members of the community to hire and for people holding events that benefit the local community. The hall is not available for post formal after parties.
The Basket Range Hall has a new kitchen with two electric ovens, a large gas cook top, two fridges, coffee mugs/cups & saucers, teaspoons, large electric urn and hot, running water. Please note, the kitchen is not suitable for commercial food preparation, or cooking – but is suitable for reheating food.
The Hall has a gas heater, capable of heating the room, and ceiling fans.
10 round plastic tables, 10 light trestle tables, 100 chairs and table cloths, crockery and cutlery for 50 places. There are carpet mats on floor, which can be easily removed, to expose a well sprung dance floor. There is also a raised stage area.
Indoor mens & ladies toilets, with hot running water in the hand basins. Vacuum cleaner, static mop, mop/bucket and brooms for easy clean up.
The Hall has an elevated position with stunning views from the front balcony.
Full day hire: $100 per day.
Hourly use for regular meetings / functions/classes: $15/hour or part thereof
Children’s parties: A special rate of $10 applies for primary aged children’s parties. Some conditions apply. Contact us for more details.
Please note : Members rates only apply to financial members of the Hall as of the last AGM
Full day hire: $150 per day. A bond is required (amount on application).
Hourly use for regular meetings/functions/classes: $20/hour or part thereof. A quarterly cleaning bond (refundable) may be required.

A bond and cleaning fee are required for parties if hirer is a non-member. These are refunded on satisfactory cleaning of the hall.
