Pratiti classes are open to all levels: advanced and beginners.

About Anna

Anna has been practicing Yoga since 2002. She started her yoga teacher training in the Adelaide Hills in 2012, with Albert Hennink. She studied Applied Anatomy and Prenatal Yoga too. Since then, she begun a life-long learning journey. Yoga helped Anna in many aspects of her daily life:

improving her focus while working as scientist,
enhancing her flexibility and performance as runner,
becoming more compassionate to others and managing stress.

About Pratiti Yoga

Pratiti Yoga was created in 2015 for the local community. I was based in Adelaide CBD, Currie street.
In 2017 Pratiti Yoga moved to the Adelaide hills, joining the communities of Summertown, Urailda and Basket Range.
